I'm Vanessa Rheeder, a Chartered Accountant specializing in finance transformation, business intelligence, CFO advisory, and business process mapping and reporting. I began my career at Naspers, a listed multinational corporate group, where I spent 4 years building a strong foundation in best practice finance processes and reporting. Over the past 11 years, I have worked with over 30 dynamic businesses across various industries including fintech, SAAS, e-commerce, creative agencies and professional services - leading initiatives that drive finance transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. I have also contributed to NGO projects involving large-scale funding, where I implemented finance & procurement policies and procedures.
Bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to my advisory work, I have founded, operated, and successfully sold an e-commerce store. My entrepreneurial journey began during university, where I won a business course competition, fueling my passion for innovation and business building. My commitment to continuous professional development includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law, Data Analytics course and I am a Certified Syft Chartered Advisor and Fathom Advisor, equipping me to deliver cutting-edge financial reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions.

Julie Caldicott, a Chartered Accountant turned entrepreneur, began her career in finance before founding Pinewood SA and then Motify an auto-tech business focused on transforming customer retention and service delivery in the motor industry. With two decades’ experience in automotive retail technology, she has recently exited Pinewood, having founded and led the growth across sub-Saharan Africa. With a passion for building businesses, leading change, and scaling sustainably, Julie is known for blending logic with empathy. She’s also a strong advocate for women making their mark in traditionally male-dominated industries.
